About The Position

This role defines, delivers, and manages complex marketing programs and initiatives that support the Marketing Technology and Operations Team. You will ensure alignment between marketing strategy, operational execution, and organizational goals. This position establishes governance structures, reporting processes, and operational rhythms for marketing programs, enabling visibility, accountability, and strategic impact across the enterprise.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of work experience in project management or delivering business solutions using information technology.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Technology Management-related area of study preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare marketing and marketing technology platforms is a plus.
  • PMP or Certification in Project Management preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Direct, coordinate, and manage multiple marketing programs and initiatives within the marketing strategy portfolio.
  • Establish governance frameworks for campaign intake, prioritization, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor program health (budget, timeline, KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Define and maintain governance structures for marketing program management.
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives align with corporate strategy and CMO priorities.
  • Develop standardized marketing strategy templates and dashboards for KPI reporting.
  • Proactively identify and address potential barriers to change adoption within marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Martech and Analytics teams to ensure marketing programs leverage essential platforms.
  • Drive adoption of marketing dashboards and attribution models to measure program impact.
  • Identify opportunities for program enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
