As the Senior Manager of Marketing Engagement, you will play a critical role in identifying and driving activity that will accelerate and increase the engagement of customers with Best Buy. Through building out specific opportunities aimed at the passions and interests that customers have and leveraging the full suite of Best Buy's assets (omnichannel retailing, relationships with leading manufacturers, membership etc.) your work will play a direct role in helping us serve these groups of customers differently and in a manner that will differentiate Best Buy from its competition. You are a visionary leader with expertise in integrating strategies across the enterprise, managing complex, high-impact projects, and deriving insights from advanced data analytics, while building strategic partnerships, inspiring a culture of innovation and growth, and communicating complex strategies to executive leadership. This role is hybrid, with a requirement to work in the Richfield, MN office 3 days per week and remotely for the remainder of the time.
