The Senior Manager , Restaurant Learning & Development is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of CAVA Team Members across the enterprise, with a particular focus on supporting our Support Center (Corporate) and CAVA Foods (Manufacturing Facilities) . Success in this role requires a strong background in learning and people development, ensuring that training programs directly connect to building, strengthening, and sustaining the our talent pipeline. This position partners closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with organizational goals while cultivating a culture of continuous learning and growth.
