About The Position

Senior-Level Project Manager to work under the SVP of Integration on executive facing new market strategy. This individual will help lead executive facing pre-M&A planning, pre-integration planning, transformation, strategy, and large-scale organization design through the lens of full-risk value-based care transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive-facing new market strategy, pre-M&A planning, integration planning, transformation, and large-scale organization design.
• Develop and lead integration planning and execution for acquisitions and joint ventures involving 100-500 providers and 500-1000 employees, ensuring alignment across clinical, financial, and operational stakeholders.
• Develop and professionalize strategy materials and governance processes for senior leadership, including executive steering committee design, escalation frameworks, and physician compensation incentive plans to drive joint venture success.
• Author internal communications and partnership FAQs that clearly articulate M&A transaction rationale and employee impacts, fostering engagement and trust among 200–500 staff during integration.
