The Senior Manager of Identity and Access Management (IAM) is a key strategic leader responsible for shaping and executing AvidXchange’s enterprise IAM vision. This role is accountable for the security, scalability, and resilience of identity and access controls across a complex, hybrid cloud environment. This individual will drive innovation and automation in IAM, ensure compliance with regulatory and governance standards, and deliver a secure, frictionless access experience for employees, partners, and customers. This leader will partner across technology, security, compliance, audit, HR, and business units to modernize and transform the IAM program into a business enabler, with a strong focus on user experience, risk mitigation, and operational excellence.
