Position Overview: The Senior Manager of Data & Research supports the efforts of Concordance in monitoring the quality and fidelity of the model through ongoing data collection, research, and evaluation. The Senior Manager collects and analyzes qualitative and quantitative data related to ongoing quality monitoring as well as special research projects to support program and mission advancement and is the primary point of contact for all internal programmatic data inquiries. This role serves as an integral member of the Data & Grants Team and reports to the Chief Impact & Strategy Officer.
