The Senior Manager of Creative Content will be creative, detail-oriented, and will collaborate closely with creative leads and cross-functional partners to create high-quality visual content that evolves our brand story and drives engagement with our target audience. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the elevation of the visual identity of our home décor retail brand through creative leadership, strategic planning, and high-quality content production. This role requires experience in photography and videography for both print and digital channels, as well as knowledge of photo and video editing, production, styling, and branding. Key areas of responsibilities include the development of creative concepts and the ability to bring these ideas to life in photo, video, and memorable customer experiences. This full-time position is a part of the Creative Team reporting to the VP, Creative Director and supports the Balsam Hill global brand. It is hands-on with leadership responsibilities including mentoring and directing studio managers, producers, photographers, videographers and editors, both for internal and external teams. This role is a brand ambassador and effectively collaborates with other Creative team leaders, merchants, marketing, vendors, and external production teams. This role is expected to work in a hybrid model, which currently includes Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday in our Redwood City or Burlingame offices as well as additional time on location for shoots throughout the year.
