Provide technical leadership across exploratory research, technology development, and product development, ensuring robust strategies and high‑quality deliverables. Build and maintain strong physician collaborations to deeply understand customer needs and integrate clinical insights into concept design and evaluation. Strengthen cross‑functional partnerships with pre‑clinical, clinical, software, hardware, and systems teams to identify risks, resolve technical challenges, and achieve program success. Drive functional excellence and continuous improvement by promoting best practices, staying current with industry trends, and elevating R&D execution. Manage organizational resources, including staffing, budgeting, and project planning, to ensure efficient utilization and alignment with strategic goals. Oversee intellectual property strategy and manage external collaborations, contracts, and technology opportunities. Coach, mentor, and develop talent, providing routine feedback and supporting career growth through structured performance and development processes.
