About The Position
Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the Senior Compensation Manager for Union Square Hospitality Group (USHG) will lead the design, implementation, and management of compensation programs to attract and retain top talent while ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness. This role will act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, leveraging data-driven insights to shape compensation strategies that align with USHG's business objectives while supporting a culture of Enlightened Hospitality.
