About The Position

The Senior Manager of Business Process Improvement (BPI) leads strategic improvement initiative that enhance efficiency, boost productivity, and deliver positive outcomes by optimizing workflows, focusing on data analysis, ensuring stakeholder engagement and fostering a continuous improvement culture for measurable results aligned to business goals. This role bridges the technical "what" (improving processes) of continuous improvement with the human "how" (leading change management) to ensure that operational enhancements are sustainable and deliver value to achieve short and long-term strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years leading cross-functional process improvement, design, reengineering and transformation projects from define through Control phases and continuous improvement
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with a proven track record of successful change management and large-scale project delivery
  • Strong ability in data analysis and process mapping to diagnose issues
  • Guiding teams, mentoring team members, and influencing senior leaders
  • Clearly articulating vision, plans, and results across all levels
  • Must be flexible to work the demands of the department which are subject to evening shifts, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

  • Prosci ADKAR, GE Change Acceleration, or similar change management methodology certification preferred
  • Practical experience supporting Operations, Supply Chain, and/or Finance and Accounting preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale, cross-functional continuous improvement projects from Definition to Control phases
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma principles, including data analysis and process mapping to redesign and improve current processes
  • Create and execute plans to manage the people side of change, including communication, stakeholder management, training, and team member adoption
  • Partner with leaders and employees to gather feedback, build buy-in, and ensure improvements meet business needs
  • Define metrics, track progress, and report on the impact of initiatives to the organization, ensuring sustainable change
  • Train, mentor, and coach team members in process improvement and change management methodologies
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and shared accountability for success
  • Maintain strict compliance with Shamrock's policies, quality standards, and applicable regulations
  • Performs other assigned tasks, as needed.
