About The Position
The Senior Manager of Academic Initiatives is responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day implementation of strategic initiatives approved by the Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs. The Senior Manager of Academic Initiatives plays an important role in interfacing between the Office of the Provost & Vice President of Academic Affairs (OPAA), and the various departments of World Learning and the School for International Training. The Senior Manager of Academic Initiatives communicates with faculty and the various stakeholders, ensures smooth coordination of workflow, and tracks implementation of academic initiatives. The Senior Manager of Academic Initiatives provides strategic direction for academic priorities based on institutional academic calendars. SIT aspires to deliver the highest academic quality programming for its graduate and undergraduate students.
