About The Position

The PMG Alaska Senior Manager of Nursing collaborates with the PMG Alaska Chief Medical Officer and PCN North Chief Nursing Officer to oversee and enhance the practice of ambulatory nursing and nursing support roles, including Medical Assistants. This individual provides clinic support and guidance to improve clinical care delivery, offering counsel to clinic leadership on nursing and MA roles, procedures, staff competency, and scope of practice. Leading the organization's commitment to safety and reliability, the Senior Manager implements standardized clinical processes and procedures while supporting quality improvement initiatives. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Nursing
• Alaska Registered Nurse License
• 6 years Increasing responsibility in Nursing, including experience as a Charge Nurse, Nurse Manager or Director of Nursing.
• 5 years Ambulatory nursing experience
• 4 years Supervisory, lead, or project management experience
• 2 years Direct supervisory experience

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree Nursing or related field
• Specialty Nursing Certification
