New Shepard is a reusable suborbital rocket system designed to take astronauts and research payloads past the Kármán line - the internationally recognized boundary of space. Through operational reusability, New Shepard supports our mission of lowering the cost of access to space. As the driving force for test and verification of space hardware, you will lead a hardworking and accomplished team of engineers, technicians, and test specialists. With your expertise in test engineering, operations, and leadership, you will facilitate on-time completion of test activities through process improvement and partnership with program management. You are adept at managing a highly capable team, comfortable adjusting in response to evolving requirements or external constraints, and prioritizing efforts all the while infusing and facilitating creativity and innovation. You will share in the team's impact on all aspects of vehicle development and verification. Being a standout colleague is a must; you will collaborate across team interfaces to understand and overcome challenges to deliver mission-ready hardware and vehicles.
