About The Position
Are you passionate about enabling Vanguard's future product portfolio? Do you excel in managing a team and stakeholder management in researching complex investment products? If so, we invite you to join NBTR (New Business Transitions & Regulatory), the dynamic team at the forefront of Vanguard’s global product expansion. As the Senior Manager of the NBTR team, you will be accountable for developing a team of managers and specialists in owning the charge in advancing strategic investment product opportunities, communicating innovative ideas to mitigate risks, and optimizing product integration and launches. Your role will involve anticipating challenges and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders (e.g. PRD, Investment Management Group, Institutional, and FAS) to ensure seamless execution of fund events. Dive deep into the end-to-end product portfolio lifecycle and be a part of paving the way for new product types and successful product launches.
