About The Position
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager of Merchant communications to support external communications for PayPal’s Large Enterprise and Small Business (SMB) units. In this role, you will drive impact and champion our Merchant/B2B narrative externally by fostering heightened engagement and visibility with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of external communication skills, business acumen, and a deep understanding of how to translate complex financial and payments concepts into compelling narratives.
