Responsibilities

  • Drive Data-Backed Strategy: Deliver actionable insights by analyzing complex data sets to support merchandising strategies and business decisions.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align on data strategies, influence decision-making, and drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and Implement Business Plans: Recommend and execute initiatives based on analytical findings, continuously optimizing for performance and impact.
  • Monitor and Report Performance: Create clear, consistent reporting frameworks to track KPIs, identify trends, and communicate results to senior leadership.
  • Champion Continuous Improvement: Evaluate the effectiveness of current programs and strategies, and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
