Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 4 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area.
OR 6 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area.
2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Drive Data-Backed Strategy: Deliver actionable insights by analyzing complex data sets to support merchandising strategies and business decisions.
Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align on data strategies, influence decision-making, and drive business outcomes.
Develop and Implement Business Plans: Recommend and execute initiatives based on analytical findings, continuously optimizing for performance and impact.
Monitor and Report Performance: Create clear, consistent reporting frameworks to track KPIs, identify trends, and communicate results to senior leadership.
Champion Continuous Improvement: Evaluate the effectiveness of current programs and strategies, and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Mentor and Influence: Provide expert guidance on best practices in business analytics, supporting the development of junior team members and cross
