About The Position

The Senior Manager, Merchandise – Wholesale is responsible for driving global business growth by developing product assortments across Partner Operated and Wholesale channels that align with the company’s omnichannel strategies and support overall financial and brand objectives. Overseeing a broad portfolio of domestic and international wholesale businesses, this leader maintains the strength of existing categories, identifies strategic expansion opportunities, and enhances the guest experience through curated, high‑impact assortments. Grounded in strong marketplace awareness and cross‑functional partnership, the Senior Manager ensures product strategies advance organizational goals, foster innovation, and elevate the brand. Through strategic planning, disciplined execution, and close collaboration across the organization, this role drives key initiatives that support long‑term business performance. Additionally, the Senior Manager leads and develops their team to successfully execute these strategies and deliver sustained results and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 6-8 years of buying/merchant experience across wholesale and or international markets
• Experience leading a team of merchants/buyers
• Expert data analysis
• Skilled in Excel
• Skilled in Microsoft 365
• Proficient in PLM Systems

Nice To Haves

• 10+ years of Merchant experience across wholesale and/or international markets
• Master’s Degree
• In-depth knowledge of retail merchandising, procurement, or category management

• Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive merchandise strategy across global businesses.
• Establish financial strategies that drive profitability through strong product lifecycle management and margin achievement.
• Create and manage product assortments that identify growth opportunities, elevate product standards, and strengthen margin performance across core categories.
• Build strong internal and external partnerships to align buying strategies and inventory plans, ensuring optimal order quantities that support demand and deliver sustainable growth.
• Analyze top‑selling products and marketing impact to drive initiatives that support business plans and optimize performance.
• Evaluate sales and market trends to anticipate future opportunities, guide buying decisions, and fuel innovation.
• Deliver clear, persuasive presentations to key stakeholders, inspiring alignment and support.
• Stay fluent in industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high‑performing, engaged team.
