The Senior Manager of Mentoring, Coaching & Assessments will be pivotal in designing and delivering impactful coaching, assessment and mentorship programs that enhance development for RTX employees. This role requires active collaboration with talent teams across the enterprise. The candidate should have experience with developing and/or facilitating coaching, assessment and mentoring programs and a strong ability to liaise between suppliers, internal partners, coaches, mentors and employees. This position reports directly to the Director, Talent Management and will work closely with corporate and business unit (BU) Talent Management and RTX Digital Technology teams in achieving organizational objectives.
