And we do it all with heart, each and every day.Position SummaryLocated within the Medicare Stars Program Management team, in this individual contributor role you will provide subject matter expertise and consultative services to internal and external colleagues. In addition, you will manage execution and oversight of quality initiatives influencing Stars performance. You will utilize industry and internal analytic insights to inform decisions and generate opportunities, as well as guide policy and program recommendations to executive leadership teams.Your duties will include:Collaborate with internal and external colleagues to identify opportunities for Stars improvement initiatives, assist in development strategic workplans, and performance monitoring.Communicate insights to key stakeholders, executive-level leadership, and other internal and external points of contact to ensure concise and accurate data is delivered.Ensure accuracy and integrity for information provided to stakeholders, executive-level management, and other individual contributors, driving successful operation of the department and company towards achieving its goals and key deliverables.Provide business and operational project and program management support for improvement initiatives and cross-functional work efforts.Manage and prioritize multiple work efforts simultaneously, ensuring key deliverables are met, driving consistent business success.To be a candidate for this role you will possess the following:Adept at collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, as well as execute and deliver business solutionsProven success in communicating complex business information and materials to clients, colleagues, and executive leadersExperience collaborating within cross-functional virtual teams for developing new solutions and improving processesAdvanced experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Requirements

  • Adept at collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, as well as execute and deliver business solutions
  • Proven success in communicating complex business information and materials to clients, colleagues, and executive leaders
  • Experience collaborating within cross-functional virtual teams for developing new solutions and improving processes
  • Advanced experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • 5+ years of work experience supporting business processes in the health or drug insurance industry.
  • 5+ years of work experience managing complex business projects and/or programs spanning across financial, regulatory, legal, operational, and clinical teams.
  • 5+ years of work experience supporting Medicare or Healthcare/Pharmacy Quality business processes.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of experience within Medicare Part D Stars Program Management, Medicare / Medicaid HEDIS measurement or other government quality program management
  • Experience using Microsoft Project
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
