About The Position
The Senior Manager - Locomotive Reliability is responsible for monitoring and creating overall locomotive fleet strategy for numerous locomotives based on data analysis and performance. The incumbent designs planned maintenance actions to address issues during unscheduled and scheduled events. The incumbent leads the management team overseeing fleet health including systems and components. The position collaborates with the Maintenance Program team, Planning team, Vendor Management, Shop Operations, Procurement and Supply Management (P&SM) and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to improve fleet performance.
