Just look up. Are you ready to go beyond? ME Global Sustainment Services is seeking a Sr. Manager, ME Spares Business Analytics. In this role, you will be responsible for managing/developing tools to support Military Engine Spares Demand Planning and Parts Delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with 10+ years of applicable experience; or an advanced degree with 7+ years of experience.
  • Experience to include: advanced analytical skills, including advanced experience using ODM tables, BO, Qlik, and BW.
  • 8+ years of material forecast, delivery, and supply chain management experience required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

  • Experience in program office or operation highly preferred.
  • Ability to meet commitments, balance and resolve conflicting priorities.
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic operations environment while implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to influence and manage the expectations of many stakeholders across program office, mod centers, SIOP.
  • Ability to analyze and use available tools to quickly evaluate problems leading to proven solutions.
  • Detail and results-oriented with good problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overall data collection for Spares Material Delivery & Strategy team.
  • Develop and maintain standard dashboard to provide leadership team a full view of Military Engine Spares performance.
  • Create new and/or improve current metrics to measure and drive key performances.
  • Drive automation of current reports.
  • Support Spares customer forecast and demand planning cycles.
  • Support current tools and develop new tools for both Spares Demand Planning and Delivery Assurance.
  • Leverage data collection from customers to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Define strategies and coordinate activities through multiple organizations.
  • Drive root cause and corrective action to support improvement of key metric performance.
