About The Position
As a Senior Manager, Math, you will partner with school districts across the country to support, coach, and develop teachers and leaders to shift and improve their instructional practice in mathematics classrooms. This role includes supporting the development of TNTP's vision and perspective on K-12 math education, leading professional learning on research-based practices, conducting classroom visits, and facilitating the implementation of strong instructional materials aligned to state standards. You will also engage with various stakeholders and contribute to high-quality, data-driven reports demonstrating the effect of the team's approaches towards quality of instruction.
