About The Position
As a Senior Manager, Math, you will partner with school districts across the country to support, coach, and develop teachers and leaders to shift and improve their instructional practice in mathematics classrooms. This role includes supporting the development of TNTP's vision and perspective on K-12 math education, leading professional learning on research-based practices, designing cycles of teacher professional learning, conducting classroom visits, and facilitating the implementation of strong instructional materials aligned to state standards. You will also track progress towards contract goals, motivate clients, develop strategies to tackle instructional challenges, and engage with various stakeholders.
