About Reliable Operations COE: The Reliable Operations COE is dedicated to advancing reliability and maintenance excellence across Walmart’s supply chain. Our team partners closely with engineering, maintenance, and operations to deliver sustainable improvements, empower site teams, and ensure our network operates at peak performance. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation, supporting Walmart’s mission to deliver for customers every day. Join Walmart’s Supply Chain Network as a Senior Manager, Material Handling Equipment Service- Reliability Strategy- Fulfillment, and lead the charge in driving reliability and operational excellence. This is a unique opportunity to shape best-in-class maintenance strategies, reduce downtime, and make a measurable impact on the efficiency and resilience of one of the world’s largest supply chains.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in TPM, reliability, and maintenance leadership
  • Expertise in TPM reliability program design, training, and execution.
  • Strong analytical skills for performance tracking and root cause analysis
  • Experience with AI and analytic software tools
  • Ability to lead change, improve processes, and collaborate across engineering, maintenance, and operations.
  • Demonstrated success in leading change and cross-functional collaboration
  • Commitment to Walmart’s core values: Respect, Integrity, Service, and Excellence.
  • Bachelor's degree in a Technical related field (e.g., Controls, Electrical) and 4 years experience in Material Handling Industry or related field OR 8 years experience in Material Handling Industry or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement reliability programs and governance for maintenance sites
  • Partner with site leaders to deliver training, facilitate root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions
  • Lead strategic initiatives to reduce downtime and optimize equipment reliability
  • Develop and manage reporting on key performance metrics and cost savings
  • Deploy tools and processes for continuous improvement and measurable impact
