Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field and 4 years' experience in Business Management, Marketing, Omni-Channel Merchandising, or a related area
  • 6 years' experience in Business Management, Marketing, Omni-Channel Merchandising, or a related area

Nice To Haves

  • 7-10+ years of experience in ecommerce, marketplaces, product management, analytics, or similar role
  • MBA from a top tier school
  • Experience with SQL, Python, or similar data querying language
  • Ability to think strategically while delivering detailed execution
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team to drive business positive outcomes
  • Assertive, adaptable and demonstrates initiative in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of managers each driving independent programs
  • Define and manage integrated program plans across discounts and promotions vertical
  • Monitor program performance, risks, and resource allocation using advanced tools
  • Influence stakeholders and build consensus across diverse teams
  • Translate business needs into technology strategies and execution plans
