About The Position

The Senior Manager, Marketing (Content Marketing) will lead the strategic development and execution of content-driven marketing initiatives for Kith, driving brand storytelling, cultural relevance, and commercial impact across all owned and operated channels. This role owns the end-to-end storytelling across campaigns, launches, editorial, and partnerships, translating Kith’s brand DNA into narratives that drive performance. This role is both highly strategic and deeply creative, responsible for shaping the content marketing vision while ensuring alignment with broader brand, product, and business objectives. As a senior leader within the Content Marketing team, this role will oversee the end-to-end content ecosystem spanning editorial, social, campaigns, launch storytelling, and partner-led initiatives — while serving as a key point of alignment across internal teams and external collaborators. This role sits at the intersection of brand, product, creative, and commerce, partnering closely with Creative, Product, Merchandising, Retail, and Partnerships teams to ensure cohesive, on-brand execution across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate brings a strong point of view on fashion, culture, and lifestyle, with the ability to translate brand DNA into compelling narratives that resonate globally and drive measurable results. This role will report directly to the VP of Content & Marketing Strategy and will manage and mentor a high-performing team of content and marketing leaders.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in content marketing, brand marketing, or editorial leadership, preferably within fashion, retail, or lifestyle.
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing managers within a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Deep understanding of fashion, streetwear, culture, and the evolving content landscape.
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on executional expertise.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and timelines.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in premium or luxury fashion, footwear, or lifestyle brands.
  • Experience working closely with creative directors and in-house production teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the content marketing strategy, ensuring consistent, elevated storytelling across all Kith-owned channels.
  • Define content frameworks and narratives that support seasonal launches, key franchises, collaborations, and brand moments.
  • Translate business objectives into content strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to expand content formats, distribution models, and storytelling approaches within the category.
  • Lead the development of marketing narratives and rollouts for brand partnerships, ensuring alignment between Kith’s brand vision and partner objectives across campaigns and launches.
  • Charged with both executing and overseeing copy to preserve the brand’s tone of voice.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers, strategists, copywriters, and creatives, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and creative excellence.
  • Provide strategic direction and feedback across multiple workstreams, ensuring clarity of vision and executional excellence.
  • Provide senior-level guidance and decision-making across cross-functional teams and shared resources, influencing outcomes beyond direct reports.
  • Partner closely with Creative, Press, Product, Merchandising, Retail, Digital, Partnerships, and Experiential teams to ensure seamless alignment from concept through execution.
  • Act as a primary marketing liaison for external partners, managing alignment, feedback, and approvals across content and campaign initiatives.
  • Collaborate with brand and channel leads to ensure content integrates holistically across Kith’s broader marketing ecosystem.
  • Serve as a key stakeholder in campaign planning, launch calendars, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of content initiatives, from ideation and briefing through rollout and post-launch analysis.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on brand, and within scope, balancing creative ambition with operational rigor.
  • Champion best practices in content production, workflow efficiency, and cross-team communication.
  • Leverage audience insights, performance data, and cultural trends to inform content direction and optimization.
  • Lead analytics and channel teams for social to assess performance, extract learnings, and refine future strategies.
  • Identify new opportunities for audience growth, engagement, and monetization through content.
