About The Position

The Senior Manager MarTech Implementation is responsible for the successful execution of CRM and Marketing Technology implementation projects. This role leads delivery teams, manages timelines and dependencies, and ensures initiatives are delivered on time, on scope, and in alignment with established architectural, data, and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent related work experience required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in MarTech or CRM implementations.
  • Hands-on experience delivering and configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce or comparable platforms.
  • Proven project management and delivery leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of data formats, translations & field mappings between CRM and highly integrated systems.
  • Experience in regulated industries (mortgage or financial services preferred).
  • Strong technology & marketing foundation with the expertise to deliver the greatest customer experience
  • Logical and clear understanding of core marketing technology platforms and how they integrate
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a sense of urgency
  • Strong communication & collaboration skills with the ability to successfully manage a team with a rapidly growing & fast paced company
  • Excellent partner & stakeholder management skills to facilitate marketing technology integration enhancements, SOW projects, escalated support tickets, & new implementations
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Must be flexible, organized and have the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced work environment

Responsibilities

  • Develops, customizes, and continually manages all aspects of the CRM environments to improve overall business productivity, processes, & utilization.
  • Leads end-to-end delivery of MarTech and CRM initiatives, including enhancements, integrations, and automation.
  • Manages and effectively communicates CRM project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
  • Drives MarTech implementation & change request intake, prioritization & delivery timelines.
  • Leads and manages the requirements gathering, functional documentation, UAT process, defect resolution, and release readiness of all CRM implementations and enhancements.
  • Coordinates cross-functional delivery across Marketing, Sales, IT, Compliance, and external developers.
  • Drives successful user adoption, enablement, and change management guidelines.
  • Ensures delivery aligns with architecture and data governance standards.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
