About The Position

This role is pivotal in executing marketing strategies and generating insights that are essential for the successful launch of therapeutic products aimed at treating serious immunological diseases. By collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners, you will engage key customers and stakeholders, ensuring that strategic marketing initiatives are informed by critical insights. Additionally, the position necessitates a strong understanding of market dynamics and competitor landscapes in order to effectively navigate the challenges of product launches within the pharmaceutical industry.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of relevant experience, with 3–5 years in pharma or biotech marketing.
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology marketing and commercial strategy.
  • History of engaging with external experts and key opinion leaders.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in nephrology, autoimmune, or rare diseases is strongly preferred.
  • Prior product launch experience is highly desirable, particularly with Subpart H approvals.

Responsibilities

  • Support advisory board planning and execution through coordination and material development.
  • Oversee the annual commercial advisory board plan, ensuring compliance and execution tracking.
  • Facilitate insight generation from third-party programs and communicate learnings to inform brand strategy.
  • Manage vendors for external advisory board and third-party programming, ensuring quality and budget compliance.
  • Collaborate with Regional Marketing Directors on conference planning and peer-to-peer initiatives.
  • Support the development of the annual brand planning and tactical planning process.
  • Assist the Marketing Congress lead with engagement strategies at key national congresses.
  • Act as a strategic utility player across channels, flexing to support initiatives based on business needs.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of IgA nephropathy and market dynamics to guide strategies.
  • Travel as required for meetings, conferences, and team collaborations.
