About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join Sia Partners, specializing in Marketing Strategy & Digital Transformation. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-impact consulting assignments with major institutions and Fortune 500 companies. Your expertise will be leveraged across a range of digital strategy, marketing excellence, digital transformation, and customer experience projects.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (advanced degree is a plus).
• Minimum 3 years of marketing strategy, digital transformation, or management consulting experience.
• Strong expertise in digital strategy, marketing excellence, and customer experience projects.
• Proven project management skills with ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Collaborative team player with excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced consulting environment.
• Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Utilize your in-depth knowledge and expertise in marketing strategy and digital transformation to contribute to the successful execution of client projects.
• Support and manage consulting assignments, ensuring timely and effective project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and coordinate efforts to achieve project objectives.
• Actively engage in sharing consulting best practices with your team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Prepare materials to support business development initiatives and enhance our service offerings.
• Work closely with other offices within our organization, harnessing our global network to participate in cross-selling initiatives and share best practices with teams worldwide.
• Build strong and lasting relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and delivering exceptional service.
• Proactively identify opportunities to add value and expand the scope of our services.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics related to marketing strategy and digital transformation.
