Your expertise will drive operational excellence and support data-driven decisions that ensure marketing initiatives directly contribute to revenue growth. As a key player, you'll build data pipelines, develop attribution models, and design automated workflows, significantly impacting the marketing engine's efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of marketing operations experience within enterprise SaaS environments.
  • 5+ years developing and executing ABX strategies with sales alignment.
  • Expert-level Marketo administration and advanced Salesforce proficiency.
  • Deep experience with 6sense or similar platforms for intent data.
  • Strong SQL and Python/R programming skills for data analysis.
  • Knowledge of multi-touch attribution and ETL/ELT tools.
  • Experience with iPaaS platforms like Workato.
  • Strong analytical and strategic mindset for complex challenges.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and optimize the marketing technology ecosystem for revenue growth.
  • Develop seamless integrations between marketing platforms like Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Create data architectures that facilitate measurement and automation.
  • Design scalable data models and automated workflows for advanced marketing strategies.
  • Implement attribution models connecting marketing investments to pipeline outcomes.
  • Enhance ABX strategies through improved data integration and insights.
