As Director, Marketing Operations, you are responsible for managing the marketing automation tech stack, which includes Salesforce, Hubspot, DemandBase, Tableau, and Salesloft. You will work with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales Ops, BDRs, SEs, Customer Success, and Finance, to ensure that the CMS data hygiene, marketing campaign attribution, and accurate reporting dashboards are all top-notch. One of your key roles is developing, measuring, and reporting on actionable KPIs for the marketing department, executive leadership, and the Board. As a technical leader with excellent communication skills, you will easily guide the team towards a common vision of shared deliverables.
