Role Overview: We are seeking a results driven Sr. Manager, Marketing Data Platforms. In this role, you will help shape the future of customer-centric marketing by building and activating a 360-degree view of the customer . You will enable the audience and measurement strategy through data collection, connectivity, and enablement. You will scope audience and data requirements to enable seamless integration, activation, and optimization of customer data, empowering marketing teams to deliver personalized experiences across channels. This is a hybrid role based in Frisco, TX or commutable distance of one of our other hubs i.e. San Jose, CA, New York, New York or Newport Beach, CA. You will be required to be onsite on an as-needed basis; when not working onsite, you will work remotely from your home location. About the role: Customer Data Enablement: Partner with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and manage customer data workflows within the HighTouch CDP and integrated MarTech platforms. Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for audience segment management and activation in the CDP, CRM and MarTech ecosystem. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the bridge between marketing, IT, and analytics teams, ensuring alignment of data strategies with business priorities and technical feasibility. Ensure accurate data ingestion, transformation, and activation of unified customer profiles across all global markets. Design and execute journey workflows for audience segments and marketing campaigns. Manage a marketing data operations team to execute audiences, manage destinations, and ensuring data quality and compliance Manage complex platform migrations, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal data loss or disruption, especially moving between platforms or upgrading configurations. Collect and provide business requirements for data collection which may require, client-side and server-side tracking solutions, offline feeds or apis, balancing data accuracy, privacy compliance, and technical performance. Rigorously QA and debug tagging and analytics implementations during launches and ongoing maintenance. Work closely with business stakeholders, business systems, and engineering teams to develop scalable solutions to solve business problems Ensure that our marketing data is accurate and reliable, and develop processes to monitor and maintain data quality. Partner cross functionally to develop necessary naming taxonomies for audience segments and campaigns to be utilized across platforms. About you: 10+ years of experience, with 5+ years in a managerial role, overseeing Audience, Data and Analytics platforms. Experience working for a subscription business preferred. Expert knowledge of first party data, identity resolution and data models. Have led large scale Martech Transformation projects in the past 5 years for a Fortune 500 company. Demonstrated individual and team leadership in managing Marketing Operations debt through automation, process improvement and stakeholder alignment. Experience with Agentic AI in Marketing Tech or related fields with measurable impact and quantifiable goals. Strong proficiency with marketing data platforms and partners like HighTouch, LiveRamp, Adobe Analytics, Adobe CJA, GA4 with hands-on experience in advanced event tracking, funnel analysis, segmentation, and migrations. Experience supporting the execution of audience segmentation and tag management needs. Experience translating business and marketing requirements into system and data configurations and workflows. Evidence of strategic thinking beyond immediate implementation—ability to anticipate future platform needs based on industry trends (e.g., cookie less future, AI integration) Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Skilled at supporting integrations of analytics data with CRMs, Customer Data Platforms, and data warehouses.
