About the Role: ClearChoice is seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics & Planning to help execute our growth strategy through data-driven decision making and disciplined marketing investment. This leader will partner closely with our Media agency, Marketing, Analytics, and Finance teams to ensure campaigns are meeting performance goals while continuously identifying opportunities for optimization. The role will oversee marketing planning and budgeting throughout the year leveraging various analyses to guide investment decisions and scenario planning. By analyzing trends, campaign performance, and media effectiveness across channels, this leader will deliver actionable insights that improve efficiency and maximize impact while delivering strong financial stewardship across all marketing investments. This role will report directly to the VP of Performance and Digital Marketing.
