Anthropologie is seeking a strategic and innovative Senior Manager to lead our Marketing Analytics team. This role will oversee a growing function at the intersection of marketing performance analytics, business intelligence, and AI-driven insight generation. You'll be responsible for empowering our analytics team, implementing scalable data systems, and driving the adoption of agentic technologies that enable autonomous insight generation and decision support across the marketing organization. As a key leader within the Marketing organization, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders — from paid media strategists to senior executives — to ensure marketing analytics initiatives are aligned with business goals and are delivering measurable impact. You will also play a critical role in advancing our AI strategy, including enabling agentic systems that proactively surface insights, answer stakeholder questions, and generate narratives from marketing data.
