Hearst is looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing & Account Strategy to join our Fashion & Luxury division, with a key focus on our Luxury (Jewelry & Watch) accounts. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with a cross-functional team—spanning sales, campaign strategy, content, and more—to develop marketing programs that drive growth, elevate client impact, and deepen brand value. You’ll help shape integrated strategies that support revenue goals while delivering meaningful results for our partners. As part of a collaborative group focused on Luxury (Jewelry & Watch) clients, you’ll play a pivotal role in building best-in-class proposals, strengthening relationships with internal partners, and proactively identifying new opportunities—often before a formal RFP hits the table.

  • Leverage data, research, and insights to develop compelling marketing opportunities
  • Concept and create cross-platform programs, including custom content, native executions, experiential activations, and digital campaigns
  • Ensure all proposals and executions reflect the high standards of Hearst brands across writing, design, and delivery
  • Manage day-to-day communications and support needs across sales, leadership, and internal teams
  • Oversee project budgets and timelines, keeping all efforts on track and aligned
  • Experienced in both the strategic thinking and detailed execution behind successful proposals
  • Strong writer with a knack for persuasive storytelling—experience writing proposals is a plus
  • A problem-solver who approaches challenges with curiosity and independence
  • Skilled at interpreting RFPs, media plans, and marketing materials
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and able to balance multiple priorities
  • Collaborative, communicative, and confident presenting to colleagues at all levels
  • Analytical and creative thinker who brings both rigor and imagination to the work
  • Enthusiastic team member with a proactive, can-do mindset
  • Passion or interest in fashion, luxury, and Hearst’s editorial brands is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Keynote, and Google Workspace
  • Typically has 5+ years of related experience, though we welcome candidates with equivalent relevant skills and background
  • Collaborate with top-tier professionals across media, advertising, tech, fashion, lifestyle, and publishing, shaping the future of these dynamic industries.
  • Unlock your potential with access to innovative training programs, immersive workshops, and exclusive industry events.
  • Enjoy the flexibility of hybrid work, empowering you to balance professional success with personal priorities.
  • Join our Employee Resource Groups and help create a welcoming workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered.
  • Prioritize your well-being with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance from Day 1.
  • Enjoy competitive financial perks, including a 401(k) plan with a generous company match.
