About The Position
IDEXX Laboratories, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Market Strategy & Development in Scarborough, ME (telecommuting from home is permitted approximately 3 days per week) to research, identify, define, and implement market development and marketing strategies to create new market opportunities and drive adoption of IDEXX water testing solutions worldwide. IDEXX Water is the global leader in water microbiology, providing tests that ensure the safety of drinking water and other water types for over two billion people in 100 countries around the world. The Senior Manager, Market Strategy & Development estimates demand and identifies potential markets for IDEXX water testing solutions; develops communication, pricing, and other growth strategies to acquire and retain business-to-business (B2B) customers; works with research and development, product management, marketing, technical support, sales staff and distributors to help IDEXX improve its value proposition and differentiate and increase usage of its products while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
