Position Responsibilities: Oversee financial performance through budget and P&L management, drive growth by achieving annual volume and market share goals, implement sales initiatives, lead a team, analyze execution gaps, develop customer growth strategies, engage with local store leaders, ensure compliance with CMAs, collaborate on improvement initiatives, and monitor market conditions as the Senior Manager, Market Execution Coach and train Sales Development Managers on best practices and execution strategies for effective market execution. Oversee budgets and P&L statements to ensure financial targets are met and resources are optimized for operational efficiency Deliver annual volume, profit, and market share growth plans in alignment with the Market Unit objectives Analyze execution gaps and develop action plans to enhance success metrics in collaboration with Distribution Center leadership teams Establish and nurture customer relationships to drive mutual growth and enhance overall customer relations Travel up to 50% of the time Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 7 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and 10 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of management experience
