About The Position

Role Purpose: The Sr. Manufacturing Excellence (ManEx) Manager role is part of the site leadership team and is responsible for executing the ManEx program framework deployment within the Brewery. This role will provide continuous improvement leadership and direction to implement the ManEx values within the brewery and will be accountable for driving improvement in performance & productivity while building a sustainable Manufacturing Excellence program that delivers breakthrough performance improvement and builds capability & efficiency within the brewery team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations, Management, or related field with minimum of 10 years of Technical/Production/Engineering/Maintenance Management in consumer product manufacturing
  • Demonstrated success in manufacturing operations and continuous improvement
  • Lean Six-Sigma Certification
  • Exhibits outstanding team building, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence indirectly
  • Strong partner management, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic planning and decision making, organizational change and tactical management of standards, business processes and internal/external partnerships to support performance goals.
  • This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position within the state of Arizona.

Responsibilities

  • Provides leadership and strategic thinking to implement a continuous improvement culture
  • Drives the sustainability and adoption of ManEx tools and practices throughout the brewery.
  • Implements Best Practices/Standards and ManEx roadmap focused on driving performance with structured and standardized ways of working (incl. formal root cause failure analysis, loss analysis, structured communication, ect.)
  • Develops ManEx capability and change agents working collaboratively with the site leadership team, People Operations and other functions to improve capability of all levels by defining and implementing a standards to deliver sustainable performance improvement.
  • Assure adoption of ManEx standards and best in class practices as defined, developed, and established within our ManEx framework
