About E&ES: Caterpillar's Electrification & Energy Solutions (E&ES) Division will focus on delivering advanced electrified power train, zero-emissions products/technologies, and the solutions and services associated with these technologies. Focus areas include batteries, fuel cells, motors, inverters, micro grid controllers, charging, energy storage systems, lifecycle solutions/services and integration of components for ePowertrain solutions across industries.   • Lead the startup and operational readiness of the Noblesville facility.
  • Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing cross-functional team.
  • Oversee prototyping activities and ensure alignment with electrification technology roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.
  • Drive continuous improvement, quality, and safety initiatives.
  • Represent the site in strategic planning and external engagements.
  • Proven leadership experience in manufacturing, R D, or prototyping environments.
  • Strong understanding of electric motor technologies and product development cycles.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment within a global enterprise.
  • Knowledge of motor manufacturing plants and operations.
  • Experience in a variety of operational roles from supply chain to quality.
  • Deep expertise in working cross functionally with engineering, design, testing, validation.
  • Knowledge of evolving the business to remain competitive.
  • Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics.
  • Knowledge of the philosophy, principles and implementation approaches of lean manufacturing.
