Requirements

  • A minimum of 8 years of professional software development experience, with 3+ years in management.
  • Solid foundation in generative AI, LLMs, ML model development, and production deployment.
  • Experience with agentic AI systems and AI developer tools like Claude Code and Cursor AI.
  • Proficiency in Python and strong grounding in data structures and algorithms.
  • Hands-on knowledge of MLOps practices and pipelines.
  • Familiarity with cloud ML services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Led and shipped a customer-facing Gen AI feature from proof-of-concept to production end-to-end.
  • MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of scientists and engineers to deliver new customer-facing Gen AI features powered by advanced technology, from concept to customer impact from proof-of-concept to prod end-to-end.
  • Advocate for scientific and engineering excellence ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with customers, partners, product management, and cross-functional teams to align development with product goals.
  • Foster a winning culture built on collaboration, transparency, diversity, inclusivity, and shared accomplishments.
  • Attract, hire, onboard, and retain top talent through mentorship and regular guidance.
