This role will be posted from 01/22/26 - 02/05/26 What You'll Do: Manage assigned staff and assisting Loveland Product facility locations with environmental, health, and safety priorities and programs. Establish operational objectives and work plans for regional areas. Manage regional SHE&S team. Manage the functions and tasks needed for compliance with all health, and safety requirements for agricultural crop and fertilizer production facilities. Assist in developing, modifying, and executing company policies that affect regional operation(s). Ensure compliance with applicable local, state jurisdictional and federal regulations and will also work in conjunction with the SHE&S functional support groups. Provide leadership and technical expertise to obtain excellence and alignment across one or more regions in environmental, health, and safety. Regularly interact with Regional and Divisional management on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and customers. Work on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives. Implement strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Establish and ensure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans and performance requirements.
