About The Position

Revolution Medicines is a late-stage clinical oncology company developing novel targeted therapies for patients with RAS-addicted cancers. The company’s R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins. The company’s RAS(ON) inhibitors daraxonrasib (RMC-6236), a RAS(ON) multi-selective inhibitor; elironrasib (RMC-6291), a RAS(ON) G12C-selective inhibitor; zoldonrasib (RMC-9805), a RAS(ON) G12D-selective inhibitor; and RMC-5127, a RAS(ON) G12V-selective inhibitor, are currently in clinical development. As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other outstanding professionals in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway. The Opportunity: The Senior Manager, Logistics (Shipping & Receiving) is responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, value-added services, and distribution of goods within a warehouse environment. This role requires strong supply chain expertise, leadership, and operational management skills to ensure seamless logistics operations. The position also demands excellent organizational, multitasking, and strategic planning abilities, along with a strong focus on customer service and compliance.

Requirements

  • Typically requires 4+ years of leadership or managerial experience.
  • Associate’s degree in a related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
  • 9+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and escalate critical supply chain issues to senior management.
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term logistics strategies.
  • Direct, coordinate, and manage warehouse storage and distribution activities.
  • Oversee daily operations of shipping, receiving, and logistics functions.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, as well as corporate policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments and verify against documentation.
  • Negotiate freight rates and manage relationships with carriers and vendors.
  • Coordinate product returns and manage claims for damaged or lost goods.
  • Prepare shipping documentation and ensure compliance with domestic and international shipping regulations.
  • Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
  • Lead, train, and support logistics and warehouse personnel.
  • Implement continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
  • Prepare and present logistics performance reports to senior leadership.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and safe operation of warehouse equipment and facilities.
  • Resolve logistics, transportation, and inventory discrepancies.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align logistics with business objectives.
  • Manage departmental budgets and financial performance.
  • Lead and manage logistics and warehouse personnel.
  • Provide coaching, performance management, and development.
