The Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing, will drive conversion and growth across the full customer journey, from lead to customer. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, using data, segmentation, automation, and experimentation to improve performance at every stage. You’ll build and manage personalized, multi-channel lifecycle programs across email, SMS, Direct Mail, voice, and CRM, partnering closely with Product, Analytics, Creative, and Operations to deliver measurable business impact at scale.
