About The Position

The Life Sciences Omnichannel Consultant at Accenture is responsible for advising clients in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical sectors on CRM best practices and omnichannel strategies. This role involves leading large global teams to implement technology solutions, develop strategic assets, and ensure clients are positioned for long-term success through effective project delivery and relationship management. The consultant will leverage their extensive experience in the life sciences industry to drive foundational change and enhance client engagement through innovative omnichannel approaches.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of pharmaceutical/life sciences experience focused on commercial CRM technology (Veeva/Salesforce) and omnichannel.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a consulting firm supporting omnichannel programs for pharmaceutical/bio-pharmaceutical.
  • Minimum 5 years of cross-functional Life Sciences commercial knowledge (commercial marketing, patient services, market access, sales).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in process and functional design, and change management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading proposal responses and negotiating deals.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on CRM best practices, use cases, and the pros and cons of respective solutions.
  • Lead large global teams to deliver CRM and omnichannel strategy, readiness, technology rollouts, and operations to Life Sciences clients.
  • Develop omnichannel and CRM assets, including whitepapers and thought leadership pieces for publication quarterly.
  • Bring therapeutic area expertise to omnichannel projects.
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with client success through practical roadmaps for strategy execution, change management, and technology deployment.
  • Collaborate with ecosystem partners to devise optimal strategies for clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to sustain Accenture's profile as a trusted advisor.
  • Develop the next generation of omnichannel technology practitioners at Accenture.
