About The Position
GEICO is seeking an experienced Legal Administration Senior Manager to supervise daily administrative operations of the Legal Department across several offices, plan the most efficient administrative procedures, and help drive the associate experience. This role will lead a growing team of administrative professionals to complete a range of duties across the Legal Department. A great administration manager has excellent communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will become well-versed in developing departmental procedures and policies and will be able to actively discover new ways to do the job more efficiently. The goal is to ensure all support activities are carried on efficiently and effectively to allow the Legal Department to function productively.
