The Learning Solutions Partner serves as a senior-level strategic consultant who independently leads complex learning and performance consulting engagements. This role partners with senior leaders, HR business partners, and enterprise learning teams to diagnose capability and performance needs and design appropriate learning and non-learning solutions. The role will be mainly responsible for business partnership and HR Capability building. Operating with a high degree of autonomy and technical expertise, the Learning Solutions Partner influences decision-making, advises leaders on best-fit interventions, and ensures alignment between development strategies and enterprise priorities. This is a senior individual-contributor role with no direct reports.
