About The Position

Labcorp is seeking a Sr. Manager, Learning Solutions Partner (AI Enablement) to join our team in either Burlington or Durham, NC with the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule! The Learning Solutions Partner serves as a senior-level strategic consultant who independently leads complex learning and performance consulting engagements. This role partners with senior leaders, HR business partners, and enterprise learning teams to diagnose capability and performance needs and design appropriate learning and non-learning solutions. The role will be mainly responsible for organizational AI knowledge and capability development. Operating with a high degree of autonomy and technical expertise, the Learning Solutions Partner influences decision-making, advises leaders on best-fit interventions, and ensures alignment between development strategies and enterprise priorities. This is a senior individual-contributor role with no direct reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field
  • 8+ years of professional experience in learning and development, performance consulting, organizational development, or talent management.
  • Familiarity with enterprise learning architecture, solution curation, and measurement frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose capability gaps and design effective, scalable learning solutions.
  • Strong analytical, consultative, and influence skills.
  • Expertise and experience in developing enterprise-wide AI Capabilities
  • Advanced performance consulting and diagnostic capabilities
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to align solutions to business priorities
  • High-level influence and advisory skills with senior leadership
  • Expert collaboration and relationship-building
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and modern learning experience design

Responsibilities

  • Performance Consulting & Needs Analysis Lead complex performance consulting engagements independently; determine root causes and assess whether learning is the appropriate solution.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments across multiple business units or strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze functional capability needs and recommend interventions that address performance and workforce readiness.
  • Learning Strategy & Solution Design Translate enterprise and business strategies into targeted development solutions.
  • Initial focus on developing and enabling enterprise-wide AI knowledge development.
  • Design, curate, or recommend advanced and scalable learning solutions (formal, informal, experiential).
  • Partner with program managers and subject matter experts to create integrated development pathways aligned to enterprise frameworks.
  • Ensure solutions meet standards for effectiveness, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
  • Stakeholder Influence & Advisory Act as a trusted advisor to senior managers and functional leaders, influencing decision-making related to capability development needs.
  • Facilitate intake discussions, consult on solution options, and guide leaders toward high-impact interventions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, analytics teams, vendors, and L&D partners to drive enterprise solutions.
  • Measurement, Evaluation & Continuous Improvement Establish success metrics for learning solutions and evaluate their impact using data and stakeholder feedback.
  • Recommend improvements based on insights, industry best practices, and evolving workforce capability needs.
  • Contribute to continuous enhancement of enterprise learning strategies and methodologies.
