  • Lead the design, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of leadership development programs across our diverse portfolio of grocery banners.
  • Collaborate with senior HR leaders and business stakeholders to define a leadership development strategy aligned with the company's mission, values, and strategic priorities.
  • Create innovative and engaging leadership development programs that address identified gaps, leveraging a variety of learning modalities.
  • Conduct ongoing needs assessments to identify emerging leadership development requirements throughout the organization.
  • Build strong partnerships with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to promote participation and ensure effective execution of leadership development initiatives.
  • Develop and implement metrics to track the effectiveness of leadership development programs.
  • Identify, select, and manage external vendors and consultants as needed to supplement in-house leadership development capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in talent development, with a demonstrated track record of designing and delivering successful leadership development programs.
  • Deep knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and contemporary leadership development frameworks.
  • Proven ability to influence, collaborate, and build relationships cross-functionally and at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong program and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated needs assessment and learning consulting skills.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience using learning management systems and other HR technology a plus.
  • Prior leadership experience (holding formal leadership roles), executive development experience, and coaching experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of translating talent management philosophies into practical business applications.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of talent management methodologies and philosophies.
  • Strength in communication, collaboration, customer-focus and problem solving in an ambiguous environment.
  • Great business, personal integrity, and behaviors congruent with our ACI values.
  • Advanced individual contributor - ability to work independently with little direction.
  • Solid working knowledge and comfort with technology (e.g. Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
