About The Position
DECIEM, known as "The Abnormal Beauty Company", is the parent company of The Ordinary, NIOD, and other beauty brands. Founded in 2013 by Brandon Truaxe and Nicola Kilner, DECIEM aims to disrupt the beauty industry through authenticity and transparency. We are currently seeking a Senior Manager, Key Accounts - US for a 6-8 month fixed-term contract. This role will focus on leading key accounts within the DECIEM business, developing strategic omni Go To Market plans to maximize brand accessibility and drive market share growth in the US. This is a hybrid role based out of our NYC office, with a salary range of $120,000 to $125,000 annually depending on experience and qualifications.
